If anything's wrong with your product — damaged, incorrect, or not what you expected — reach out to us within 48 hours of receipt and we'll sort a replacement or refund right away.

How do I make gel from raw sea moss?
Rinse thoroughly, soak overnight in spring water (8-12 hours), drain, then blend with fresh water until smooth. Store in the fridge for up to 2–3 weeks.
